Sant’Agata is one of the 24 villages of Parco dei Nebrodi: lake Maullazzo, lake Biviere, Catafurco falls, the Rocks of Crasto (place where the golden eagles  nest) are the perfect places to enjoy long walks for trekking lovers. 

Other interesting sites to visit are Costa Saracena, Madonie mountains, volcano Etna, Eolian Islands (one hour from the seaport of Sant’Agata).

Many churches, castles,  museums to visit in the neighbourhood: for example San Marco d’Alunzio that also has a wonderful panorama from the hills, Santo Stefano di Camastra with its ceramics workshops, Tindari, famous for its Greek theatre and Marinello beach.

The beaches of Capo d’Orlando, Cefalù and Gioiosa Marea are just a few kilometers from Miljunka.
